We’re looking for a creative strategist who can turn research and ideas into ads that drive results. You’ll be responsible for developing ad concepts, writing scripts, and collaborating closely with clients and editors to deliver high-performing Meta ads for top eCommerce brands.
- Research customer pain points and craft winning creative angles for ads.
- Write and develop scripts, briefs, and storyboards for ad creatives.
- Manage feedback cycles, ensuring all creatives meet brand goals and performance standards.
- Analyse ad performance data to guide iterations and uncover new angles.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor campaigns to fuel fresh ideas.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or creative strategy (agency experience is a bonus).
- Strong understanding of Meta and what makes ads convert.
- Deep understanding of direct response principles.
- Well-organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Naturally curious and proactive.

We’re looking for a skilled video editor who knows how to transform raw footage into scroll-stopping ads that convert. You’ll work alongside strategists and clients to create direct-response ads designed to maximise sales.
- Edit video ads for Meta with a sharp focus on direct response and conversions.
- Implement engaging hooks, captions, and motion graphics that follow best practices for Meta ads.
- Work with the creative team to test new ideas, manage revisions, and optimise winning creatives.
- Keep projects moving quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Stay on top of platform trends and evolving ad styles to keep content fresh and effective.
- 2+ years of experience editing video ads for eCommerce (agency experience preferred).
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of direct response editing principles (hooks, pacing, structure).
- Sharp eye for detail and strong time management—you deliver on deadline.
- Active interest in social-first content, especially Meta ads.
